When you are buying, we will:
- prepare the contract (if the transaction is negotiated privately)
- liaise with your lending institution where required
- attend to all the searches required
- ensure that the title to the property is unencumbered and deal with any matters that are outstanding
- adjust the rates and taxes that need to be paid
- attend settlement,
- deliver your Certificate of Title (if applicable)
- advise the rating authorities of the change in ownership
- offer advice on your contract and other documentation
- attend to the payment of Stamp Duty and advise you on available concessions
- advise you about Joint Tenants and Tenants in Common ownerships.

When you are selling, we will:
- prepare the contract (if the transaction is negotiated privately)
- discharge your mortage
- attend to all the searches required
- adjust the rates and taxes to be paid up to the date of settlement
- attend settlement
- distribute the proceeds of the sale in accordance with your instructions
- advise the rating authorities of the change in ownership.
